DESCRIPTION:La sociocracia es un modelo de gestión participativa para organizaciones que pretenden autogestionarse\, bajo tres principios: transparencia\, equidad y eficiencia. En el contexto escolar la organización corresponde a toda la comunidad educativa. Experimentar la superación de obstáculos conjuntamente\, mediante valores comunes y la participación de todas las voces\, crea en el alumnado: autoestima\, autonomía y conciencia de sus procesos. En este taller compartimos los beneficios de su implementación en un centro educativo. ¡No te lo pierdas! \nObjetivos pedagógicos\n\nIdentificar los Principios Clave de la Sociocracia.\nReflexionar sobre casos de estudio de centros educativos que implementan sociocracia.\nPlanificar la implementación de la sociocracia en su centro educativo.\nFomentar la participación de todas las voces en la comunidad educativa.\nMotivar(se) para implementar pequeños cambios en el día a día para fomentar más participación infantil.
